Very good place to learn the things in all the parameters, but only thing is job and personal life balance it was very difficult to manage and main problem is the target especially the insurance part is very bad, but for the fresher it was the awesome company to learn the things, and finally I can say "if someone work in icici securities can survive any industry interest he world"

No growth just want the employees to work like animals and doest give enough support expects us to learn everything by ourself in a very short time(about their 17 financial products) which is impossible. Its a begging work

Work life balance 6 days full time which is hectic and their data base is so bad they literally expects us to plead those customers who are not intrested to trade or do anything in icici direct platform
