If a person is okay with being without morals and can cheat customers will Excel in broking industry , as the whole industry is revenue driven doesn't matter if you understand stock market or not. Thus as a company icici is the best in the industry compared to others but icici do give job security and amazing HR policies for leaves if your reporting manager is good you might have good time.

Dislikes

It's more like a calling job, and how much revenue and activations you can drive, as a company it is not bad but the whole industry doesn't not care about profits and moral duty for its customers they thrive on cheating people to get business. For all the experience I gained from 1.5 years is that this work is only for people who are ready to sell there soul and in great in need of money then only they will be able to work.
