Hi I am srinivasan Icici Prudential is a perfect place to develop your skills and to learn....no job is secured in the world, unless you fail to do your duties. Icici will give time to learn, during the learning period we will be free, if you enjoy those days and the following days will be tough. Salary will be on time. ICICI can monitor the employee in many possible ways, but they wont do... becoz they trust us......... if we are running a business whether we sit and relax !!!! Think of it......... Be a boss in Icici, learn as much as you can...keep updated.......I dont know whether there is politics or not .????? You will have freedom to Express your views....For me, ICICI gives me a recognition. I got relieved from ICICI and started Business for career growth...I thought if I start a business there wont be target, here also I find target....I have learnt that if there is no target or goals, life will be empty.. wherever you go for work, you will find problems....
