ICICI can monitor the employee in many possible ways, but they wont do... becoz they trust us......... if we are running a business whether we sit and relax !!!! Think of it......... Be a boss in Icici, learn as much as you can...keep updated.......I dont know whether there is politics or not .????? You will have freedom to Express your views....For me, ICICI gives me a recognition. I got relieved from ICICI and started Business for career growth...I thought if I start a business there wont be target, here also I find target....I have learnt that if there is no target or goals, life will be empty.. wherever you go for work, you will find problems.... Dont look for problems, try to find solutions for it....its a universal truth that every problem has solution....I definitely say that I miss Icici Prudential life insurance. Feeling good to share the opinions, these words are true. Career growth is infinite. If are truly willing to work, join ICICi.

Icici prudential is basically good company .It gives good salary for freshers.

Company wise icici is very good. But salem branch is very worst for managers support There is a lots of politics.seniors not help for juniors especially ANAND (ARM) PSF channel is help to senior only. Anand give only 6month time for begineers .After 6 months They don't give a business he compale for the separation . HR wise no action for anand.

There is not have any work life balance, specially in group claims ,manager is not cooperative, for a single day sick leave also they asked like why did you inform previously.saturdays are working for partial employees.Hr &Sr Management is not supportive for employees they are at side of only managers.Promotion criteria is not basis of performance but on favourtism basis....hr will not assure that your conversation will be confidential & but each information gave to senior rather than to help out employees get more torture from manager.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance
