Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place

Managers, seniors and team is very toxic and pathetic. Too much politics and mental harassment. No work life balance, no support from managers and team. They keep u working on all holidays without sny break, even if is affecting ur health. Toxic culture. All senior vp, vp, managers and the team become villains and torture n harass the new joinees and put all the work load on them. I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

The work culture is very poor. My experience with managers Prem Rawat and Ashinder Tickko from Noida has been very negative. They never support employees and only put pressure on them. These managers assigned employees to branches that are 40 km away from their residences, likely with the intention of causing employees to resign.

Good work life balance of 5 days a week,plenty of leaves to use and if you're lucky you'll meet great knowledgeable people. Can learn team handling if you're manager involves in all the meetings without eating your credit, due to long or mandatory leaves provided by the company

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here
