i dont have any likes for icici lombard,This was my worst experience with icici lombard, their services are so bad and as we have to face the customer we have to listen, they humiliate in front of everyone not because of our own mistake but because the back-end teamwork process is too bad and slow. After a claim every customer of icici lombard get angry because they don't pass the 100% claim they only give 40-50% of claim amount. Icici Lombard Insurance premium is always at higher side. zero service, zero corporation, but high premium. Growth opportunities are very slow you have to wait for two years to get promote any one if you complete your target which is very tough due to its poor service.
