People here(co colleaugue) are very helpful,they guide each others at every step.

Dislikes

There is no system in place for daily business tracking mechanism, Work life balance is nil, mgnt doesn't listen to front teams problem, without solutions need only business.Fix petrol cost for all band even if you have to travel more.

Work Details

No system is in place for daily business tracking mechanism, everything is manual, work life balance is almost nil, one will not even get time for self or family even on weekends. You need to learn all the products by your own.no one is their to train you
