Name it self indicates quality, I m proud to b a part of ICICI LOMBARD, considering job security I must say it is the fullest, comeing to work-life balance completely missing, jst work work & work, noone cares about your weekoff,compoff, no national holidays esp for doctors, if u work 24x7 it's not a big deal for them.

As I m a doctor, I had no national holiday, for leave I need to beg from my concern manager, everyone will talk only about work, least bother about employees satisfaction, only verbal appreciation is provided. Plz think more about employees, try to implement some policies where employee can enjoy his daily work as followed in various MNC , u will find tremendous respect for employees in IT companies which Is totally missing in ICICI LOMBARD....Read More
