Most of the employees are not very knowledgeable. Premium is snatched out of thin air, i.e. employees have no knowledge of analytics, they pick premium randomly. Segregation based on Caste and Religion. Manager of Religion/Caste X will recruit only X religion/caste member and so most of the employees recruited will not be based on merit and thus will have very poor job skills. Some employees don't even work properly, they just login on time and leave the office immediately without doing any work. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. When you are surrounded by lazy people your work will also get hindered. In his 2013 book Give and Take, the Wharton Business School professor Adam Grant noted that Givers freely help others and takers try to get without giving whenever possible, i.e. "greed is good" mentality. Work was very boring, could have been interesting if they encourage and provide computing languages to analyse data - the max math they use is basic addition,division etc. Not a place to learn higher mathematics for risk analysis.
