As I m a former employee of this company i found that only work is important not any thing else.. They gives mental pressure to the employees which results in nervous break down. I m lucky that my family support is with me and I leave the job just after 3 months of joining because of mental torture by the boss of our vertical.. Plz don't join this company if u dont want to take mental pressure

I m a former employee of this company.. Since joining the so called boss of our vertical create so pressure for business instead of teaching the products and culture of the company. He himself sits at home and blame me for not doing anything.. He abuses me and insults me in front of every body which creates mental pressure leads in my mental brokedown. As my family support is with me so i leave the company within three months only. There was no call from HR department for exit interview as the HR department is totally in influence with this so called boss. Pathetic working culture.. Pathetic boss... Everything, the managers will exploit you and then throw you out after there work is done, They have a very big ego problem. No Job Security. They will make you feel unwanted in the team, no moral support. You will be left to do everything on your own. Freshers are treated like peons. Politics are rampant in every department. HR doesn't have any say in anything.
