I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Travelling to office takes a bit time when using public transport, Practical training is better, Few changes to be done in terms of process. Overall the team strength is very less, Reduce in Sleep for few hours.
