If you are a self motivated person then it's best for you because over here no one spoon feed you majority of the time you have to come up with your own strategy. It will be challenging job.. 1.Low salary which demotivates employees. 2. Lack of knowledge in your peers members 3. Infrastructure is too bad at some branch . At some point of time you will face alot of issues like connectivity issues and all. 4. No proper training to employees.
