It was good working experience in icds department. Learned many new things in this job about the government policy for the common people specially for the women's and children.

It was a fix position job for a candidate.No promotion and no increment. position and promotion can only change by the government officials.

It's good to be in icds teacher..There are many reports that we have to make in time you time ... In anganwadi job time is suitable for manage home as well as job work but the salary is low to my profile or capablities... So that's why I want to switch this bcoz I learn and grow in my own academic subject as mca I had passed....
