You will come to know where should not work.

Dislikes

Salary timings are terrible though company have funds. Salaries are on part basis. Accounts department works like chugalkhor and most inefficient. Employees are like punch bags. Behaviors of boss will horrible many times. No job security at all, you will be asked 'not to come office from tomorrow' several times in a week. Your first5-6 months will be ok then boss will start to torture you. ( Your false information will be given to boss by other Chugalkhor department and boss never verify this info) You will not get proper professional seats to sit. Plz plz do not join this company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good for freshers to learn and get experience, traveling is easy and near to the station, provide traveling expenses

Dislikes

No guarantee of job security, work -life balance is hard for male because of rotational shifts , only one person in 2nd and night shift
