I was working there just to gain the UK market experience. Everyone thinks of the same thing for their future career. But, it was one of my big mistakes , joining in IBU consulting.

Pathetic working environment , egoistic key management , unprofessional behaviour towards employees , harrassment of employees in terms of mental torture or fake commitments to them.

Because of the UK market, I learned things there related to recruitment but if I talk about work life balance in IBU, it was inappropriate. Every employee is mental tortured there just within 7-10 days of joining for work performance .
