I joined IBS on 2022. I have been subjected to toxic management and a lady made my career impossible. She put me on wrong techstacks as part of some urgent fixes and pressurized me calling me to Trivandrum without prior notice despite my work location being kochi. She forcefully made me stay at company guest house for over 1 month. She made my days horrible there, gave negative feedback. Even after 2 years after trying my level best to mitigate that, still I am undervalued. I really regret resigning from my previous organisation....Read More

HR stands by management. No latest technologies. Most projects are legacy projects running on old technologies. It is a product based company, you need to have lot of knowledge the business side. No one will help you. No proper KT. There are links provided. Study and start working. This is my personal experience. It might vary for others.
