Flexibility to work from anywhere and in some teams, people are very approachable and friendly.

Excessive internal politics and favoritism for some team members and lethargic nature of people in many departments (HR/IT). Culture is very unbearable in finance for working peacefully and professionally. Its very toxic environment in Finance department. beware. There senior leadership is least bothered about employees career and progress as long as they get salary hikes and ESOPs. many of the people in the senior leadership position lack the leadership skill (are there because they are loyal to founder and continue to be there because they have huge ESOP waiting for encashment) There is no career growth here. Its place for one role only. if you want to retire , you can join here and continue to work without much expectation of career growth/salary hikes. HR policies are stone age and there is no transparency in performance review and promotion. due to all these reasons, attrition in the last 12 months has skyrocketed and company is unable to refill position and getting into some kind of trap. Salary hike very poor, but will be overloaded with work and no appreciation or acknowledgment from management side Work culture is also terrible, you may have to burn the midnight oil and then even work over the weekends without any extra payment. No respect for the PTO, they will ping/call you without any shame sometimes long PTO is not allowed hence no freedom of that.

It's just that they have projects and alot of work.

The coworkers are not supportive. Most of the employees are from Kerala so there is alot of support from same region employees but for North employees they are not supporting and putting a lot of pressure and also misbehave sometimes. Micromanage us which is insulting to me. They should behave equal to everyone and help someone who joins the team and is new to airlines domain. Company is good but few people are really manipulative and they behave so bossy which is really not cool. Beware of such people and karma hits back....Read More
