It totally depends certain things inside the company might include long hours tired deadlines and oppressive to keep up with the rapidly evolving technology is additionally dealing with complex technical issues and debugging can be frustrating at times. It ultimately depends on the individuals preferences and their specific role within the company.

IBS is a great place to work indeed, but the project where I got struck is like hell, particularly once the pandemic times have started.

Dislikes

Now there is no regular working hours. Sometimes it gets extended to 12-15 hours a day.
