Worst company to work. No hike in salary and no credit for good work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No hierarchy (Owner/MD will give work and take follow-up himself). You cannot take any decision without his involvement. No salary hike even after years of working. No proper HR department (Accounts team handles everything) No holidays (even work on National holidays) Expect call from MD anytime (post or pre working hours) For cost cutting majority of staff is non qualified (expect laods of work from any domain if any person resigns)...Read More
