It is Great place for learning, getting to know how a tech unit works , Supportive Staffs and Nice office atmosphere. Also they have accomodation facility which is a plus.

No job security, Often Fires employees without reason or sometimes create situations where the employees need to resign by themselves. You are expected to grasp new technologies and they don't give you enough time too . Office politics is another factor where they are constantly switching projects and testing your potential until you loose dedication. Some seniors are hypocrite.
