The management seemed disconnected from the concerns of employees, and this was reflected in the subpar compensation packages. Appraisal Deception: As appraisal time approached, a sense of dread would loom over the employees. Instead of recognizing hard work and dedication, the company seemed to employ a strategy of decreasing employee ratings, ultimately resulting in disappointingly low bonus payouts.
