Listing some of them" - Supportive and Motivated Colleagues - Understanding Management - Focus on self-improvement and discipline. (This does feel a bit difficult initially) - Push from seniors to keep learning new technologies and stay up-to-date - Overall great place for a fulfilling career

Dislikes

One key area of improvement is the hiring mechanism. It's essential to ensure that individuals with low motivation levels are not taken in, as this leads to bring people more interested in office politics than actual work. Such individuals create a difficult work environment for others.
