Zero likes about this company. Ofcourse you can consider Hybrid work model a plus but company as a whole does nothing but torture employees

They say that your working hours are flexible but they don’t mention that its going to be long hours. Company has no growth plans, they hire employees on a contractual basis with a promise that they will convert it into a permanent agreement once the contractual tenure ends. Next thing you know that they start torturing you in the last month forcing you to quit or either they will terminate you. A lot of politics in senior management. They say they follow a flat hierarchy but as soon as you share your ideas or concerns, they will just disregard and focus on how the company can make more money. And yet they are still failing.
