I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Hurix was connected to employees during this covid19 pandemic through mail, webinars and personal call from HR. Also company has not deducted any salary and have provided on time. Each Team had a call regarding their mates health. Many things that made hurix people happy and satisfied in this duration.

As everything has their cos and pos so hurix also does the same. I felt payscale doesn't justify provided designation in terms of experience in company Work environment good but pressure is much more due to lack of commanding Management.

Zero likes about this company. Ofcourse you can consider Hybrid work model a plus but company as a whole does nothing but torture employees

They say that your working hours are flexible but they don’t mention that its going to be long hours. Company has no growth plans, they hire employees on a contractual basis with a promise that they will convert it into a permanent agreement once the contractual tenure ends. Next thing you know that they start torturing you in the last month forcing you to quit or either they will terminate you. A lot of politics in senior management. They say they follow a flat hierarchy but as soon as you share your ideas or concerns, they will just disregard and focus on how the company can make more money. And yet they are still failing. Honestly, Hurix Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a blunder for any employee willing to join. New joinees please be careful, they are very good with words and bad with their actions....Read More
