Everything. Management. People being treated. Lot of ceo. Old thought process. Not value people and only money. No job security. Very strict timing. 150% closely monitored and make employees insecure. Don’t join this place. Not at all employee friendly. And this list will go on and on.

- They have business covering different industries like travel, aviation, insurance and have support services as well - career progression will be based on your performance, if you’re not on track they have programs to sort it out - vibrant colleagues, experienced managers and leads -

- Alternating Saturdays working - Leave policy - work can be hectics at times, depending on process your are in - they do have a nature of changing the process suddenly, and experimenting with it.

Catherine HR. One of the worst HR. I have ever seen in my entire career. She will fire people with out any valid reason. If you say something to her she will keep that in her mind and do revenge on employees. Suddenly she will call and say we Don have much business. So you should sent resignation. Worst lady and very rude behavior. She is thinking Htic is her father's property.
