The way of doing things is a bit lax and there is a general sense of dissatisfaction with the higher leadership. There is a lot of politics in how the ratings and review system works. The admin side of HSBC is very slow and leaves you frustrated at times

No best points in the organisation, the team which I got is very childish mind individuals, The management always look for low staff and more work burden on employees, there is no correct person who takes correct decision.

I got a terrible team, lesser to the organisation and more to the school , they don't know how to treat an employee, past one year is worst days in my life.

Almost everything, good work life balance, achievable targets, freedom to experiment around with the work itself, ESG programs. It is a all you need in one place kind of job. +1 to the leaders of company, they actually teach you a lot. Really happy to be here.

As a company HSBC is top notch. It's the best you can work for however the people in the management are not helpful at all , favoritism.low promotion rate. Very low hike and bonuses.

Some managers and avps are terrible. If they don't like you they will make sure that they make you leave.

As a company HSBC and it's policies are good. But if u r not lucky enough to get a good team, then it will be the most worst part. It's not HSBC, it's people who makes its toxic.
