Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Almost everything. There is ofcourse a lot of politics which I'm sure can be found everywhere. Any issue raised won't be addressed,it will always end in the favor of your upper management.

Work Details

It was better in the beginning. Work form office was manageable. But ever since wfh started work load increased drastically and work pressure increased along with it. Majority of experience people resigned because of this reason.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Don’t work more than 2-3 year here. There will no proper hike and you have to work like a slave here and micro management is worst thing.

9 hours you have be stick to your system and can’t move. It like slave to this company. Micro management and no Proper hike and appraisal are done on your work and talent.

As a company HSBC is top notch. It's the best you can work for however the people in the management are not helpful at all , favoritism.low promotion rate. Very low hike and bonuses.

Some managers and avps are terrible. If they don't like you they will make sure that they make you leave.
