9 hours you have be stick to your system and can’t move. It like slave to this company. Micro management and no Proper hike and appraisal are done on your work and talent.

No appreciation for non Technical roles like SM, DLs and SVS Leads. They been made to feel low and no contributing anything significant to the team. No onsites. Huge salary difference between technical and non Tech roles like PM or Program Managers.

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated
