Decent salaries u get out here under Banking operations. Job security is there as long as you can prove ur metal. Best thing about this is the learning avenues they offers in lines with carrer development like BI tools. Certificationas etc.

Dislikes

Global financial services are not as structured or streamlined in comparison to GSC. But the payscale a lot better out here. Don't expect spoon fed training. U might end up head over heels to get things moving.

Excellent career growth and opportunities for the right candidate. Job security makes us to feel much secured. HSBC and the employees follows the values for what it is actually meant for. HSBC culture makes great working environment.

Dislikes

Though I went to UK as part of STA, now STA opportunities has been reduced drastically in the past couple of years, where most of the employees dreams has just gone in vain. Also HSBC can think of increasing the desking plan.
