Leaves are good enough, few departments are stress free work ,management is supportive.non voice process are good to work.

Dislikes

Calling work is stressful plus management is not supportive in calling process, never join in INM process you will lose your mental peace

I worked for 4 yrs both voice and non voice, voice process was hectic and management was very bad ,though after working so hard they dnt help you in need,they dnt have empathy towards their employees but expect over empathy towards customers
