if you want a proper work life balance then you should join HSBC. the only concern is they will give you an average pay but you can learn so many soft skill freely from company. manager & team members were really supporting each other in process. work is monotonous you have to do same work on daily basis.

Pay is less otherwise everything is good

I loved the working hours, fun at work, job responsibilities and work-family life balance. There are lot of learning opportunities available if u find time to use it.

The management monopoly. It gets difficult to grow unless u are on good terms with them.
