Company policy is to make profit and cut down on employees benefits and. Well being of employees is the last thing on this company's agenda and the ofcourse the culture and policy goes hand in hand.
Dislikes
0-4% yearly hike for underpaid employees explains a lot about the company. Well, no matter how well company portrays and sings about its culture, you ask any employee in electronic data processing, the feedback will be the same with negligible exceptions if there is any.

Well, if company does not pay its employees, it is not fair to ask about the balance.

I am hearing impaired. But they did not help me for promotion because my salary no satisfy in my family.
