* Hire and fire culture. New joinees are not given enough time to adjust. *Processes are cumbersome. Too many layers involved. * Culture is not inclusive. People are left out from team conversation/outings, if one doesn't behave like others. * Too much party culture. Spills into your weekends. Expected to contribute for all such outings individually @min. 2k. * Growth is slow and stagnant due to lesser presence in India. * No guidance on work, in the name of flexibility and freedom. For me it's a learning institute. There are learning module you have to complete timely. Work culture is good. Senior and colleagues motivate me to do more. There is a family day unique concept help me to maintain work life balance.
