Despite contributing significantly to the company’s success, I didn’t receive the respect I deserved. The company claims to be international but operates like a local business. Long 12-hour shifts after a few days. The organization seems to be declining in traffic. Avoid if possible.

As a start-up, there are challenges and complexities because as you grow, the expectations get increased. Though it is difficult but there is a learning curve too. At Houzeo, there is a constant need to refine and improve various processes. While this fosters innovation and adaptability, it can sometimes lead to additional workload and complexity.
