it's been two years for work to the growth of company and for myself. I started work there as an account executive. Real estate sector was totally new for me at that time. But I really thankful to my HOD & colleagues who were helpful to me. They always have faith in me that I can do that. But as you know everyone works to growth intheir skills & financially. I've got many things to learn for groom myself but as per financial part I must say its worst part of company they don't have any criteria for pay in two years I didn't get any appraisal or salary increment or bonus....Read More
