Excellent organization to kick start your SAP career. For the laterals, be assured you will be exposed to top customers in the industry that will translate your experience to the next level

Dislikes

Not a disliking but being a small organization Horigine is conservative when it comes to compensation but I take it as positive learning to convince the organization that I am worthy by proving myself. And yes I was compensated to market standards once I proved my mettle.

Likes

It is a family owned small firm with no major competitive spirit so job at Horigine is better than sitting idle at home. Since its not a big brand so you can leave the job or if told to leave the job , just walk out without fear of losing an association with a big brand and loads of facilities.

Dislikes

It has no major clients, no long term vision, only 3 family members (check online) run the company . Leave and pay policies are not in line with good industry. Not open for discussions with prospects. I am told that hey have only 1 client and they hire candidates on their pay roll so that they get monthly income from same candidates ' bill rate even if no new hiring happens. It is a firm that works only on 3 -6 month contractual job opportunities, no long term contracts or jobs<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Pay package is calculated on hourly rates</mark>. They hire only immediate joiners who are ready to join within 5 days of interview. No perks , bonus, leaves. I had to work on day of Good Friday and Diwali as well. Client had a holiday but I had to get it written from client that I am working from home to get paid for that day.
