While we talk about job security...I think that depends upon your work capabilities only... Otherwise Company have a brilliant vision and policies are well structured to keep a good balance in management

Our company is the best company. Our company provides all the facilities and our staff and our HR department is very good.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinee

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles

I got a call from holitech Hr team, they says they have opening for Asst manager PPC, salary is 45K, 10 hrs working then two hrs is compulsory for over time, as mention my current salary was 35K, I gave the Interview in five-round after enquiry in last company they selected me, then they offer me 32k to 35k and offer position Sr Engineer, I astonished to see that, as we discuss for hike, HR team( Sandeep,Kalpna) they are unprofessional they says to me we can u this amount join karna h to batao nahi to rahne do</mark>. totally unprofesion, no over time will be provide to management team, in interview they takes introduction,i show my work on Computer, technical round, then interview with Sr Management, then they hire me then i request him for draw my salary structure and offer latter what benefit i will get. they told join karna h to karo nahi rahne do, almost unprofessional HR team why they waste my time make Enquiry in last company. i review their last employees review about holitech company profile only 3 star and every one complaining to Hr Management. i advise to new interviewers don't waste your time and carrier in this company...Read More

Holytech company is very good. Management of full tech company is not good. There is no life inside the company. The company's line leader and sub,leader not perfect.Food and accommodation inside the company is not good. Company HR department is not perfect.
