The only think likeable is the support you get from supervisors.

Dislikes

Literally zero job security. The management and the client will not leave any opportunity to remind you to that there are several others to fill our position. No growth opportunities at all. At the time of hiring, the HR will give tall claims and go on to say that they are going to hire 1000 plus team members but the reality is they don't need more than 100 at a given time. So hiring and firing is a common practice. Even the most dedicated and performing employees will be let go over minor things. Lastly, you work with them as a freelancer, so the next company that hires you is skeptical about whether you did legit work or not....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
