The infrastructure can be improved more.Less space and more employees which makes it less in infrastructure facility. Transportation scheduling/Cancelling system can be improved more as compared to other companies.

They should have to give drop facilities also to employee who working in early morning shift ,even though its fine if there is a charge for the same.

They know they are wrong and getting negative feedbacks in every quarterly connects still no progress. 6. Majorly OTC/MDM head, shouldn't be a head deserves to be a reeler instead.
