Holcim GHBS is one of the best shared services industries, I’ve ever worked for. Higher management is very keen on creating opportunities for the employees with various training online and offline. Almost all the cultural events are celebrated, sports competitions are conducted as a part of employee engagement. Blood donation camp and free complete health check up was done for all employees. Employees were provided with a 50grams of silver coin for the 5 Anniversary of the GHBS Centre in Navi Mumbai ,which was a memorable and remarkable gesture by the Centre head SM Mohan Raj, and the Exco members. 50K reward being provided to the employees who had completed 5 years with the Holcim GHBS.
