Job is secured. Work culture is good. Salaries are done on 31st of every month and very punctual for salaries.

There is lot of poltics and company is person driven and not process driven. Processes are not well developed and not followed by employees. There is no value of work done and no value of good experience and skilled employees. Career growth is very slow in HMX. Poltics is just because of higher authorities region is not Gujarat and Managers are recruited at higher position with higher salaries of their state and region than existing skilled and knowledgeable person. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
