1. Work Life Balance is maintained except few accounts which is the case everywhere 2. Clients in diverse sector and domain 3. Good learning platforms provided to people who are interested, 4. Flexi work culture was there till 2023.

Dislikes

1. Job security is not good in comparison to brand name. Short term projects and people in bench are often at risk. 2. Less projects in pipeline 3. Resource allocation to projects in not well managed. 4. Flexi work culture is being withdrawn since beginning of 2024.

Friendly environment and allows to take complete ownership on the projects and deliver. As long as the deliverables and targets are met the company does not interfere. Managers are helpful in all aspects.
