Do not have bigger projects to work and learn. Work from home option is good here to maintain work life balance. Very less/no travel to onsite opportunities. Every year you have to learn something which may or may not your field but you don't get chance to work on it so efforts are invain.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not good. Growth in terms of technology is less if you are a hunger for work. You will work on POC but not on actual projects.
