People on managerial level are extremely rude and disrespectful They will try to demotivate at every point where you dont have knowledge of specific areas Also its an absolute no for freshers. The level of knowledge gained in other companies is much more as compared to hitachi No proper training and knowledge sessions.

Overall the leadership team of Hitachi Solution is not efficient baring a few who are very nice. HR team is the most pathetic team in this organization, I pity for the staff in hands of such a immature and inexperience HR team and HR leadership.

Dislikes

HR team at Hitachi is the major reason why so many people are leaving the company. Changes in the HR leadership is a must and recommended for the company to grow and prosper.

Work is good at Hitachi Solutions if you are working for NA and US region otherwise APAC, Middle East and India projects are too bad. They do not get any projects from UK and EU which is a major concern for
