Company as a whole is great and having employee friendly policies but management is worst , lot of politics, favouritism, employee from same region etc. etc.

Worst management at pg projects, not able to gain business and only showcasing things. A lot of favouritism, regionalism etc. Project management behave like dictators.

Company wise Good. But internal politics are worst and if they hire from other company they treat them like a fresher and they won't give the respect as well.
