At the Chennai office, a total 4 years of work experience candidate (at least I know two of them) is a team manager and has more than 10 years of work experience engineers reports to them. These managers don't have enough industry experience and do not have the maturity to handle the team. So if you are good with senior management even they make freshers as managers here. Don't even have enough rest room and too much follow-up is required to book an office cab every day.
