: Good work Culture, Leadership gives right guidance whenever needed, employee centric. Hitachi Values are actually followed in every team. Projects are Good. You can learn lot of things. Pay for performance. If you are having solution mindset and willing to give your 100% then Management will take care of your other needs. Mediclaim team is really good and gives support during critical time.

Dislikes

BPHR can spend more time on Employee Engagement.
