1. Hitachi Digital Services (previously called Hitachi Vantara) don't have many clients, and you end up sitting on bench more than working in any projects. 2. Too much politics in assigning the projects. 3. They ask you to join within a week, hire you telling that they have projects and end up pushing the candidate in bench. 4. Worst RMG team (Resource Management Team), very tough to reach them. Even though you reach them asking to allocate some project, they never respond. 5. Please never ever join this company seeing good hike compared to your current job and don't spoil your career....Read More

hired me for a techno-managerial role, but did not put into such project. bad manager. tries to dominate and handhold even writing a document. so much micro management. strictly hierarchical organization. if u like being oppressed and slog, then join.. else, move somewhere else.
