Only thing you will get much opportunity to do new experiments and gain a good knowledge . In Hindustan power there is no company pollicy

No salary hike , even after company earns good profit , they have decided not to do apprisal for employees , normal working hours will be 12 hrs . Once you will join you will come to know how this slavery system works , they will tell you we cannot give you salary hike every year and you have get this much hike due to our mercy , you don't deserve it . No personal life , hr and admin is horrible , you will not get vechile if you have medical emergency . Higher management thinks all the employees are use less and plant is running automatically , may god teach them a lesson...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
