No salary hike , even after company earns good profit , they have decided not to do apprisal for employees , normal working hours will be 12 hrs . Once you will join you will come to know how this slavery system works , they will tell you we cannot give you salary hike every year and you have get this much hike due to our mercy , you don't deserve it . No personal life , hr and admin is horrible , you will not get vechile if you have medical emergency . Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? The company can terminate employment at any time." After a night shift, the manager may call you in for the next day, even if you are scheduled off, for any urgent or small tasks.
