They don't help their workers from any way.

Alot of problems have to face which create by management they don't pay salaries to those employees who can not attend office or they live in other states. Moreover, they haven't grown worker's salary from two years.

Every points just for example i got transferred to delhi within a week, already communicated that due to family issues kindly transfer after April 25, but no one took response, HR team is just do things as asked to them... I also didn't got my location transfer allowance... Felt very bad as i served the organization for 11 years in total.

Good boss support everything in process , training, hiring,retaintion, back up plans, supporting HR Team, easy to interact seniors business point of view , multiple product to learn and grow internally, good work culture

Dislikes

Inhouse softwere not easy to learn , No Saturday off, lack of admin and office location and stucher. No work from home option

Nothing much, its just the name now. Promoters are out from Management as its managed from Chennai Team and nothing to do with Hindujas as they do not involve and reach to staffs.

Dislikes

Everything-no seating space for new hires, no laptops from company( they will sell the laptop forcefully to staffs), 6 days a week working, no grade promotions, senior politics,no work life balance and no respect towards employees. Zero Welfare, no car parkings.
