The company is open to innovation and I was a part of a well known process in the company and the Managers and Supervisors helps you in each step. Pressure is high in any job so do in the process where i worked. But i enjoyed my journey with them. The Team members and the senior colleages are very supportive. The work culture is really good. Everyone is very helpful. Even the working hours are not so much resulting in having a really good work life balance.
